Her core strengths are her excellent knowledge in the domain, wide network which includes top organizations worldwide, access to world-class manpower, and her long-term portfolio management skills and her expertise includes recruiting legal and compliance professionals across verticals.

She was last associated with Hughes Castell, Singapore, a legal recruitment firm where she specialized in recruiting for private practice firms for mid to senior level. Whilst at Hughes Castell, she worked with an extensive range of international law firms in Singapore such as: Clifford Chance, Shearman & Sterling, Milbank, Withers Worldwide, Stephenson Harwood, Holman Fenwick, Sidley Austin, Allen & Overy, Freshfields, Ince & Co., Linklaters, King & Spalding, Sadden, Norton Rose, Clyde & Co., Pinsent Masons, White & Case. Prior to Hughes Castell, she worked as a legal recruiter for RGF Management Search and Hays Specialist Recruitment, India, and was associated with the hiring for top tier law firms.

With more than 13 years of legal recruitment experience in India and Singapore, her expertise includes hiring for private practice firms across all practice areas. With her dedication and unmitigated vigor, she intends to establish her start-up, ‘Avimukta’, as one of the best legal recruitment firms globally. Within a short span, Neha has established a name for Avimukta not only within the Tier 1 law firms but has also made a name that Avimukta is now a preferred consultant for many Tier 2 law firms, Boutique firms, and Chambers; thus increasing the outreach and managing its operation many folds throughout the country.
